Initial customer experience was 10/10 but for that free second pair it was a disaster. From ordering my second pair to trying them on was around four weeks, three phone calls from me then the first try on of the second pair and the wrong prescription was used. It was touch and go should I walk away and go somewhere else. There is no system in place that tracks the delivery to collection by the customer. Not an experience I want to repeated.
