Staff very pushy to encourage you to buy as many pairs of glasses as they can.Eye test was rushed through without consideration, it took a nano second. It felt like a production line, clearly not enough staff. Customer’s left with standing room only in the waiting room.Staff asking for personal details within earshot of other customers! This is a massive no,no! Incredibly insensitive and what about GDRP compliance, you are asking customers their name and dob infront of an audience of other customers.Rather chaotic overall.Maybe SpecSavers profits are valued higher, than their valuable customers.I Shouldn’t Have Gone to SpecSavers…..I wonder if SS will address this with a generic and impersonal, rather insultingly vague and artificial reply. eg, Customary beginning with……. ‘I am sorry to Hear that your experience was…….. ………………….We value all feedback, although we won’t take a jot of notice or change anything (Moving Forward) means ‘in the future’, pre 2015!
