My appointment in Stourbridge was booked for a Saturday. It was busy and I was welcomed and given pre-test checks and actual eye test quickly and efficiently.My optician (Rehman)was lovely, very helpful and informative. Advice was given and suggestions for new glasses made. I was seated to await picking glasses and that's where I stayed! Eventually and after wandering around the glasses frames I gave up waiting.I did return the next day and saw Supervisor (Julia) who after hearing my experience was very apologetic and helpful. She gave great and honest advice on what suited me and my selection was made. She checked which was the best offer to suit my need. I am collecting next week.
