Personal service was excellent. All staff are very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. They took care to ensure that the spectacles that I chose were correct for my prescription and also suited my facial shape. A pleasant experience. New specs have just arrived in store so not collected as yet. I have no doubt that the aftersales service will be just as good as the test.
