Made appointment on line, arrived at store and within 5 minutes was taken to have my pre test checks done. This was done quickly, efficiently and friendly manner. Within a few minutes was seen by a friendly proffesional optician and received a very comprehensive test. Needed new prescription so another staff member helped me choose my new specs. Great selection of frames and great prices either 2 for 1 offer. Collected my glasses 3 days later, were fitted correctly and my vision was definitely improved. Altogether a quick fuss free experience . Would definitely recommend
