I went to my local opticians in Whitechapel and i received from the start the best customer service they made my experience quick, friendly and easy to understand.I gave my details, waited a short while then had a eye test and then chose a free pair of glasses.However i saw some mistakes on my paperwork with minor mistakes like a letter in my name or a digit wrong on my address, i had to come in the next day to ask for help and again i got a understanding, helpful supportive help from a staff member and made it easy and i left happy, and looked fowerd to collecting my glasses on wednesday again i recieved excellent customer service.
