Worle branch in Sainsbury's. Worst experience iv had. Had to go back twice. Re tested on eye exam, re fitted, second set of glasses. OMG, not a clue. I was told on the second vist by the woman taking my order, not to bother coming back as there was nothing more they could do. Stupidly I took the sales woman to her word. I then whent to the Weston-super-Mare branch. And they spotted the problem within seconds. All the measurements were wrong. How they missed this the first and second time is beyond me. These people are supposed to be trained. I can't wait for AI to take this part of the job. Then when I asked for compensation as it was clearly them in the wrong I was refused, only a voucher was offered. Like I would go back. WOW no real customer service, no gesture of good will. They don't care weather you go back or not.
