I ordered bifocal sunglasses a few months ago but when they arrived they weren't sunglasses. Apologies accepted and the bifocal sunglasses were re-ordered. After waiting an age I called Specsavers and was asked, 'They're here. Were you expecting to be notified ?'. .... Er, yes, I'm not telepathic. I went to collect the replacement glasses but they were in the wrong frames. Apologies again and the glasses are on re-order. Really, what a dismal performance.
