I recently had an eye-test and was asked if I would like to try varifocals. I was told that I had 100 days to try them out, but if I didn't like them, to bring them back.I could not get used to them so took them back. I was asked to wait for a few moments until someone was available to help me, and when they were, the young lady was extremely helpful.She helped me choose a new frame, helped me to decide which lens to go in which pair (I got 2 new pairs of glasses thanks to the varifocals not working out), and was told that they would take a week to come back to collect them.I cannot recommend Specsavers enough, particularly the Leigh branch. Always helpful and welcoming.
