I went in on the day to book an appointment, one staff was in the process of booking appointment for me, another staff came forward and said to me if l don’t mind l can be seen that very day. I was attended to that very day. The optician was very professional, she did all necessary checks and other staff too that attended to me on that day did well. I was made feel very welcome. I had this experience at Hackney branch on the 12/06/2025.
