The prescription appeared to be completely incorrect. Ordered glasses after eye test, received glasses for distance which was incorrect. These were replaced with an intermediate prescription. Still wrong. Asked for refund. Staff kept mentioning varifocals which I’ve never been told I need. Very strange and frustrating experience.
