very disappointed with my experience at the chepstow branch last year i had an eye test and new glasses which on arrival were damaged,the manager spotted this and told me new frames would be ordered,and a bit later i had a text to say they were in, being i have had bad year on my review this year i asked if i could have the frames that were in stock from last year to save me another 150 pounds on frames but i was told no i had to pay 325.00 for new glasses and frames,i took my prescription and left a bit later i phoned in to speak to a manager and was told it was not 325 any more it was 348 so i went to another specsavers with my prescription and purchased new glasses and frames but it has left a nasty taste and i wont ever use specsavers again unless i am contacted with an apology for the way i have been treated Graham Walters
