Issue of manner in which prescription change discussed ; actually heart I went for a second opinion elsewhere . Caused distress as told an urgent referral to eye hospital was required ! Still waiting that urgent appointment 3 mths later !New lense were not delivered but retained in store - despite agreement to send out . Then I choose glasses - 10 days later informed prescription will not fit the frame ! Why wait for this time - required yet another trip and cost to revisit . Store director promised call - still waiting . 30 years a loyal customer - I think I’m the one offering lyslty not the other way round !
