Eye test was thorough and eye problem. Identified, referral made and had an appointment two days later. The scans and further tests were very thorough and reassuring and given advice on eye health. I was not informed that I would not be able to drive after the second appointment, thankfully I thought to ask, I would not be able to drive home.Customer service on choosing new glasses was not of the usual standard and that’s the reason for deducting a star. The advisor started to help, wandered off with my chosen options and started helping someone else, he had mislaid the glasses when another advisor came to help me. When I returned to pick up my glasses there was great care and attention getting them to fit well even when one pair were difficult to adjust.
