I have just returned from my first visit to Specsavers. I was a little apprehensive because I normally go to small independent opticians but from the moment I set foot in the building I felt comfortable. Sarah did all the required test and scan explaining what she was doing as she went. Charis then did the vision tests etc and explained all of the results carefully. Andrew then helped me to choose new glasses. He was very helpful and patient.They are an extremely professional and friendly team at Specsavers Stratford-upon-Avon and I will not go anywhere else from now on.
