Had an appointment for my dad today at crystal peaks Sheffield, although the staff are very pleasant the system is just too long. I’ve never had a problem before being seen but now it’s apparently 90mins appointment times and that’s providing no mistakes along the way. I’ve never had to wait so long at an optician before. This is just not acceptable. My father is 83 and was very sore at the end waiting in uncomfortable chairs this needs to be looked at.
