After paying a lot of money and waiting along time for my glasses, i was a bit annoyed when I noticed a week later that the lens didn't actually fit the frame. I took them back. After a short conversation i told them I wanted a different frame because I didn't want the same problem again. They made me feel like it was my fault. No apology just blank faces. Going to collect my replacement glasses of witch cost me an extra £60 because i replaced the old lens with a thinner lens. I felt the customer service was crap. No one smiled and i felt like i was not welcome. I felt that the whole experience was rather demoralising after spending over £300. Not again thank you.
