Staff very knowledgeable but the quality of the cases for 2 pairs of the glasses are very very poor, the cloths for cleaning the glasses is of very poor quality also and don't clean the glasses properly, finally after paying well over £500 for 3 pairs of glasses, I asked for a bag in which I could carry them. I was asked to pay a further 5p which is shocking after paying so much for glasses. I definitely won't be using Specsavers in the future!
