The lady was experienced and explained why I had been suffering with watery eyes and how we could combat this going forward. Was very patient as i did struggle to view and I did not feel rushed and was advised to take my time. I felt reassured and was able to carry on. After the test the lady went through pictures of my eye and explained what were looking at. I was then taken to previous colleague who helped with my purchase. If all Specasvers are like this then great training. If not, then send them to Tewkesbury as they were amazing. Thank you
