I ordered a calendar on November 1, 2025. I received regular shipping updates until it reached Anchorage, Alaska. Then, support informed me that the item was returned due to an inaccurate address, though my address was correct. They refuse to resend it unless I pay additional shipping to a questionable personal address. If I request a refund, they can only return 1% of the total cost since they no longer have the calendar. I'm left paying for a replacement and shipping costs. There's been no resolution. I want my calendar; they want more money.
