I ordered a calendar on November 1, 2025. I received regular shipping updates until it reached Anchorage, Alaska. Then, support informed me that the item was returned due to an inaccurate address, though my address was correct. They refuse to resend it unless I pay additional shipping to a questionable personal address. If I request a refund, they can only return 1% of the total cost since they no longer have the calendar. I'm left paying for a replacement and shipping costs. There's been no resolution. I want my calendar; they want more money.
I ordered a wallet three months ago and received it today. The wallet I got was very different from what I expected. The lever to eject the cards is stiff, and the cards struggle to come out. This service is terrible; I would not recommend ordering from them!

They responded with a video demonstrating how to use it without sound. How can I tell if the mic works without sound? Their final offer was $2, which is unacceptable. Received the Sports Karaoke Bluetooth earphones today. This product is a replica of the original and is overpriced compared to similar items I found elsewhere for half the price or even less. It didn't meet my expectations, and I feel it was a waste of money. The quality is not good. Delivery took an excessively long time.
