This has been an incredibly disappointing experience for me. After a serious accident in November 2025, I contacted what I believed to be my insurance, only to later discover I was connected to an unfamiliar third party. Despite repeatedly mentioning the insurance company during my initial calls, they failed to clarify their lack of affiliation until two weeks later when I probed further. One of their young representatives, who seemed indifferent and rude, admitted they weren't linked, dismissing my concerns and blaming me instead. A few weeks later, I found out that the fault insurance was disputing payment for my hire car, which left me potentially liable for significant daily costs. I rushed to arrange another vehicle using family funds while awaiting my settlement and returned the hire car. Now, I've been informed that returning it will further delay my claim. Whenever I request updates, I hardly receive any response for days unless I keep reaching out. This entire ordeal has made a tough situation even worse, and I would never choose to deal with them again. Moreover, two months later, my issue is still unresolved, and I've been told it could take years.
