I have to say Neil from Spectre and the team surpassed all my expectations.
After wrongly contacting them instead of my own insurance, Spectra picked up my car, delivered a hire car, and assessed my car for damage all within 2 days of my accident, on the third day I found out the mistake I had made.
After a few telephone conversations with Neil and his team, my car was delivered back to me the hire car picked up from their lovely delivery driver Steve, and all without charge for anything, as promised by Neil.
Honestly was so relieved after making such a huge mistake, but their service once identified was brilliant, the only thing stopping a 5 star review was telephone conversation with one of their team, if it had not been for that it would have been an easy 5 stars.

Despite mentioning the insurance company multiple times during my initial calls, they never clarified their lack of association until two weeks later when I inquired further. One of their young representatives, who seemed disinterested and rude, admitted they weren't affiliated, dismissing my concerns and blaming me instead. A few weeks later, I learned that the fault insurance was disputing payment for my hire car, which could have left me responsible for some hefty daily costs. I rushed to secure another vehicle, using family funds while waiting for my settlement, only to return the hire car. Now, I've been informed that returning it will further delay my claim. Whenever I seek updates, I barely receive any response for days unless I persistently reach out. This entire process has worsened an already difficult situation, and I would never choose to work with them again. Additionally, two months later, my issue remains unresolved, and I’ve been told it could take years.

Exceeded my expectations with their great service. The courtesy car arrived promptly, and the team was exceptionally friendly, supportive, and eager to help. From the start, their efforts were impressive. The representatives kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. The claim was processed with remarkable efficiency. Kudos to the team for their outstanding work!
I had never filed a claim before, but when I called in the morning, a nice car was already on my driveway by the time I got home from work that same day. (Keys were left with my partner.) Communication was excellent, and I was satisfied with the compensation I received for my totaled vehicle. I can't fault the service.
We are not pleased with how we were treated. We returned the hire car before Christmas, which was supposed to be picked up, but no one came, leaving it blocking our driveway. We expected better service during the holiday season. We feel neglected and unsupported.
From the start, they were knowledgeable and arranged for the pickup of my car, coordinated the insurance claim, and provided a hire car. They advocated for me and handled the challenges of claiming the fair market value of my vehicle. Very pleasant on the phone and kept me updated. I can't recommend them highly enough!
