Kenneth was AWESOME! He was kind, thorough, professional, knowledgeable and went ABOVE & BEYOND to resolve all of INTERNET issues. He walked us through the process and explained everything he was doing. He checked all of our equipment and changed out all the outdated things that was causing our internet issues. This was the VERY BEST EXPERIENCE we have had with a Spectrum technician. He was there to satisfy us (the customer) and did not leave until he made sure EVERYTHING to resolve our issue was done.
