The technician and the sales rep are wonderful but they cant get help from the office to get it all running right . the front office or tech support gave conflicting help saying it wasnt even scheduled to be hooked up when we were sitting here watching it , then a crew showed up to bury it but we have water lines where they were going to dig and it was already up on poles , too much confusion
