My call to Spectrum was answered right away, the woman (Mia) was very pleasant and efficient. She scheduled the technician to come out something like an hour after the call. I was very pleased with the call and the service Michael, the technician performed. It was very quick and thorough, and he explained what the issue had been. It's very unusual these days to not have to be on hold for a long time, to not have to get transferred from one department to another, and to be able to speak with someone without having to waste time asking them to repeat themselves over and over. (No offense to anyone. Certain nationalities in customer service are the most pleasant and willing-to-please people, but my hearing is compromised and it is extremely difficult to understand accents over the phone.) If I had known the service would have been this good, I would have called sooner instead of being frustrated with our TV and internet for 3 days!
