I contacted Spectrum, first by the Chat, then they called me with information of what I needed to have done. I told them I needed Spectrum to remove tree branches that were weighing down the phone lines and the lines were sagging. He said that someone would be out the next day to take care of it and remove the branches. When the service tech arrived the next day, he said they do not trim hanging branches on phone lines and that I would have to hire a tree trimmer. So why did the first person tell me one thing then the other person told me that they do not do that type of thing.
