Carly responded within the same day, apologizing for the issue and providing me with a store credit and a handy list of alternative and comparable products that I might want to purchase instead to avoid the issue again. This is not the only time I've had a great experience with Spectrum Boutique's customer service when an issue has arisen, and I suspect that will be the case going forward if any problems should pop up again. I will gladly continue to support this business because anyone can sell a product, but it's sadly a little tougher to find the ones that really care about the customer experience beyond just their bottom line.
