Customer service that keeps me coming back

I received a defective item and emailed support to ask about what options I had, if any, to rectify the situation. Carly responded within the same day, apologizing for the issue and providing me with a store credit and a handy list of alternative and comparable products that I might want to purchase instead to avoid the issue again. This is not the only time I've had a great experience with Spectrum Boutique's customer service when an issue has arisen, and I suspect that will be the case going forward if any problems should pop up again. I will gladly continue to support this business because anyone can sell a product, but it's sadly a little tougher to find the ones that really care about the customer experience beyond just their bottom line.

Bad customer service but good products

Items were shipped quickly and without issue. However I never received an email confirmation of my order nor any tracking/shipping info from them until after I posted a bad review. I tried contacting them on every platform where they have a presence but only got an email from them after the bad review despite then claiming to have emailed me several times over. It took 4 emails and a bad review before I got any shipping info or even my order number. Apparently part of the issue is they don't answer emails on the weekends. Carly is the best!

I got a super fast response after sending an inquiry regarding the shipping on my order still showing up as “processing” after quite awhile. I didn’t expect to even get an answer with my email being two days before Christmas, but I did!Carly responded promptly, clearly, and kindly, with a fix to the issue. She was also very forthcoming about the issue being a tech problem and finding out what they could do to right it. The issue was really out of their control so the fact that they ended up expediting shopping once it was corrected and offering a coupon was really awesome.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. The product I ordered was defective and an email was all it took to get an exchange processed. I received a new product no questions asked, no fuss. Spectrum has never disapointed.
