I’m a big fan of the products and education that Spectrum focuses on, however, if you live in a building that has any chance of having a package stolen, please do yourself a favor and don’t order from them or order to a secure location. They will not do anything to remedy the situation and will direct you to UPS, who will also tell you there’s nothing they can do. You’re better off ordering from Amazon if you might end up with an expensive package stolen and both companies involved telling you that you’re out of luck.
