I'm incredibly frustrated with this service. Their tracking information is not updated in real time, and there's no option to talk to a live representative. My package was scheduled for delivery at 10:00 a.m. on December 3, but at 3:00 a.m. on December 4, I received a notification stating they attempted delivery without success—now I have to wait an additional four days for redelivery. How can it take 17 hours just to attempt a delivery? Services like this are extremely aggravating.
