This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had! The information provided was consistently misleading. It indicated that my parcel should have arrived three days ago, and now there’s no response to my messages. The chatbot they have only complicates matters further. They don't provide any details about the parcel's location, and there seems to be a complete lack of customer support! I strongly recommend avoiding this service at all costs.
I wish I could give zero stars. I'm very let down by this service. The shipping is excessively slow, and my order has yet to arrive by the promised date. This isn't the first instance of delay—my earlier orders faced similar issues. It's quite frustrating to wait endlessly without any dependable updates.

When I reached out again, I was met with an automated response instructing me to request a refund. I can only give one star, which is the lowest possible; it truly deserves zero stars.

The delivery person's vehicle had a terrible odor, reminiscent of smoke or wet dog. Additionally, my package was opened, including the original packaging. The smell was so off-putting that I had to handle everything with gloves and wash all the items immediately after opening the package.
