There have been multiple occasions where my packages were delivered to the wrong address. I also suspect the courier may have stolen my package last time. They claimed it was delivered to my front door, but the photo they provided was of the leasing office, not my apartment. As someone who used to work as a delivery driver, I recognize the signs of dishonesty. I enjoy ordering from the platform, but if they continue using this courier, I will stop shopping there.
