The service delivered my package to the wrong address. Initially, there was only one photo showing a numerical address, but it didn't match my actual address. The next morning, I received additional photos showing my correct address, but the initial address was completely different. I plan to inform my financial provider about this issue and request a refund. This situation just occurred, and while the platform is investigating, I doubt I will ever receive my package. I am considering taking further action regarding this company.
