Parcel was sent from india to thailand. As it was a musical instrument , regarding the thai law i was suppose to pay 10% taxes as i done few weeks ago using Fedex. But with Speedex, it is 20% taxes. And i spoke to the intermediary company in thailand which was CITY-LINK EXPRESS and they told me it was normal bla bla bla…Then the delivery company was TNT.With fedex there is no intermediary company. It took 6 days and 10 days with speedex.Concerning the delay, 6 or 10 days is acceptable but concerning the taxes % it is not.( i got email from representative custom taxe in thailand confirming that it is 10% to show Speedex if they want)
