I’m extremely frustrated with this service. They fail to update their tracking information in real time, and there’s no option to speak to a live representative. My package was scheduled for delivery at 10:00 a.m. on December 3, but at 3:00 a.m. on December 4, I received a notification stating they attempted delivery and were unsuccessful—now I have to wait another four days for redelivery. How does it take 17 hours to even attempt a delivery? Experiences like this are incredibly exasperating.
