I received a notification that my package had been delivered, but it was nowhere to be found. After reviewing the photos taken, one showed my package in a vehicle, and another was of a dirt road. The tracking stated it was delivered to the mailroom. Their solution was to check with neighbors. We live in a rural area, so instead of finding my package, we came across a pile of opened packages from a town nearly 40 miles away, all with different names, and the carrier was the same. When I reached out again, I was met with an automated response instructing me to request a refund. I can only give one star, which is the lowest possible; it truly deserves zero stars.
