I ordered some swim goggles as a last-minute Christmas gift for myself, given that I swim daily. I paid £5.99 for postage, which was quite disappointing since they were delivered by a budget courier. I put them in my swim bag and discarded the box, which turned out to be a big mistake. After a 40-minute swim, they felt fine initially, but when I took them off, I experienced severe pain in my nose, and the deep grooves they left on my face lasted all day. I can't use them again and can't return them without the box, so I've wasted my money. I even tried to leave feedback on a social media post but it was removed without any response. I'm really let down by the quality and the high delivery charges for a product that isn't fit for purpose.
