My order was delivered to another house by Evri. As the speedo website states thy are unable to look into this until 14 days since delivery have passed. They do not provide a email to contact them and I have not yet been able to reach them on the number provided.
Initially only 1 item delivered out of 3. Then the second delivery only 1 more of 3. Quality of material less than I expected. Overall items are fit for purpose but disappointed with delivery.
Really good experience from Speedo. Got discount on a race suit, then offered further discount on 2 pais of goggles and a towel. Purchased more than initially intended, but definitely got really good valve with the discounts. 1 happy customer, and 1 very happy swimmer!

I ordered some swim goggles as a last-minute Christmas gift for myself, given that I swim daily. I paid £5.99 for postage, which was quite disappointing since they were delivered by a budget courier. I put them in my swim bag and discarded the box, which turned out to be a big mistake. After a 40-minute swim, they felt fine initially, but when I took them off, I experienced severe pain in my nose, and the deep grooves they left on my face lasted all day. I can't use them again and can't return them without the box, so I've wasted my money. I even tried to leave feedback on a social media post but it was removed without any response. I'm really let down by the quality and the high delivery charges for a product that isn't fit for purpose.
My goggles broke after a few months. While this shouldn't happen, it can. I sent a photo requesting a replacement to the store. All I got were vague questions. After six follow-ups, I’m giving up on them. Their service is extremely lacking. Thanks for nothing.
Delivery took 6 days, which was disappointing, but it never arrived. There was no communication from either the company or the shipping service. On day 9, I called to inquire about it and later received an email stating it was lost in the shipping depot. The company refunded the cost, but I needed the swimsuit. I will now order from another platform that I trust for timely delivery.
