I will no longer order online! This situation feels like a scam where packages go missing, and they falsely claim delivery attempts were made. The company refuses to take responsibility for the obvious dishonesty of their delivery personnel. They were aware of my delivery requirements but supposedly visited my mailbox well past closing time. The next fake attempt was in the afternoon, falsely claiming the business was closed. The final attempt was on a Sunday when we were never open. I refuse to order again since they don’t allow reliable shipping options. Now, they blame me for not tracking, even though both the seller and I did! I can't control the dishonesty of their delivery staff! They insulted me by saying I should have contacted them sooner and suggested I reach out to the local service to pick up my package, which feels like a scam. It seems many packages are missing from their warehouse.
