No more orders for me! This feels like a scam!

I will no longer place orders! This situation feels like a scam, where packages go missing and they falsely claim delivery attempts were made! The company shows no accountability for the blatant dishonesty of the delivery personnel. They were aware of my delivery needs but supposedly went to my private mailbox well past the closing time. The next alleged delivery attempt was in the afternoon, with a false claim that the business was closed. The last attempt was supposedly on a Sunday when the business is never open. I refuse to order again since they don't allow reliable shipping options. Now, the company blames me for not tracking the shipment, despite both the seller and I doing so! I can't control the dishonesty of their delivery staff! The company further insulted me by saying I should have contacted them sooner. They even suggested I reach out to the local delivery service and plead to pick up my package from their warehouse, which feels like a big scam. It seems like there are many missing packages in that warehouse.

A pleasant surprise!

Having seen numerous negative reviews about this service, I was understandably concerned. I monitored the entire delivery process closely. Initially, I was told my package would arrive by December 19th, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive it on the afternoon of December 17th. Even with the holiday rush, they exceeded their original timeframe! I hope my next package arrives just as smoothly; it seems delivery experiences can vary widely. For now, I genuinely appreciate the efforts of the team.

First encounter with this unreliable service.

This is my first experience hearing about this unreliable delivery service. I ordered a mobile charger from an online platform on December 9th, shipped from overseas. On December 17th, I received an email stating that the parcel would be delivered that day. Later, I got a notification claiming it was dropped through my letterbox, but I found nothing there. They didn’t ring the doorbell, and I suspect they may have delivered it to someone else's mailbox. This company seems entirely irresponsible and untrustworthy. If you’re lucky, you might receive your parcel; otherwise, you may lose both your package and money. Is there any customer service? If items are lost due to this service, where can one complain? It seems customers are left to suffer their losses. Beware of this international delivery service.

Stay away from this service.

While it may not solely be the company at fault, their choice of last-mile delivery service is clearly problematic. They continue to use this unreliable delivery service despite numerous complaints about their practices, making them complicit. Packages can be tracked until they go 'Out for Delivery,' but then they vanish. It seems they either employ dishonest individuals for deliveries or create false tracking information. For these reasons, this company should be avoided entirely. Their website is also inaccessible.

I received a missed package notification, but I was home during the supposed delivery time, making that claim untrue. I didn't miss the delivery from another service around the same time.

Three days late and counting.

I was told my parcel would arrive by last Saturday. After reading reviews about this service, it's no wonder I'm still waiting. Thankfully, the parcel finally arrived, and the driver apologized for the delay. Maybe not everything is bad; I appreciate the effort.

Misleading delivery claim.

A package was delivered today, but the courier claimed it was left in a secure porch that doesn’t exist. There was no ring on the doorbell, and video footage shows him throwing the parcel at the door and leaving it in the rain.
