This is my first experience hearing about this unreliable delivery service. I ordered a mobile charger from an online platform on December 9th, shipped from overseas. On December 17th, I received an email stating that the parcel would be delivered that day. Later, I got a notification claiming it was dropped through my letterbox, but I found nothing there. They didn’t ring the doorbell, and I suspect they may have delivered it to someone else's mailbox. This company seems entirely irresponsible and untrustworthy. If you’re lucky, you might receive your parcel; otherwise, you may lose both your package and money. Is there any customer service? If items are lost due to this service, where can one complain? It seems customers are left to suffer their losses. Beware of this international delivery service.
