If I could give this company -0 I would. I have had a message every day for 3 days that my parcel was "out for delivery" still no parcel. ABSOLUTELY USELESS, never again will I buy something from China. Speedpak tracking says parcel has been at depot in Dundee (only 12 miles away) for 3 days now, but unable to find details of address anywhere.
