This company is absolutely terrible. There is no way to contact support excellent for a useless ai chatbot. My package has been marked undeliverable three times all of which there have been zero obstacles and I have been home during each attempt and not once have I seen a delivery person with a package out side of my door or apartment building.
I am truly hoping this company goes out of business so that we can stop suffering with terrible service.
