Is it really so hard to ring the doorbell? Because of these trashy workers my package was sitting in the 40 degree sun outside my apartment so anyone could just steal the package like are you serious also the packages get delayed for no reason
I ordered some items from a retailer. 2 articles were delivered to me, no issues, the rest have claimed "no access" even though you can get to my home with NON-ISSUE. I have reached out in any way possible to correct the issue to no avail! If I could give 0 stars I would. I have provided pictures & even a map to show them access ... Nothing!!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with SpeedX.
My package was marked as delivered, but it was NOT delivered to the correct address. The Proof of Delivery (POD) photos provided do not match the actual warehouse location.
I personally contacted the warehouse owner and asked them to check and recheck the premises. They thoroughly inspected the location and confirmed that the package was never received. After reviewing the POD photos, the owner also confirmed that the layout shown in the pictures does not match their warehouse. The photos show a rack positioned in the middle of the space, but the warehouse only has racks along the wall sides there is no rack in the middle. This clearly shows the delivery was made somewhere else.
I also tried contacting SpeedX directly multiple times but received no response. No explanation, no investigation, no support.
It is very concerning to see so many similar negative reviews here describing the same issue packages marked as delivered but never actually received.
This situation has caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. A delivery company should take responsibility and properly investigate when clear evidence is provided.
I hope SpeedX improves its customer service and delivery verification process, because right now I cannot recommend this company at all.

If your ordering off of Temu or any other website request of them to not use this courier company THEY ARE THE WORST ! How does you have my phone number on the package and as well as one of their partners text me about the package and never responded and I told them to contact me while delivering the package so I’ll be able to receive it . There’s no phone number , no live agent only form of communication is that stupid chat gpt . This company IS A SCAM They’ll take your items and profit off of it . If they wasn’t scams we would receive answers to our problems AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY
Speedx told temu they delivered my package but speedx tracking shows it has not delivered. Temu will not give me a refund! Speedx sent temu delivery pics but package was put back in drivers car. This was witnessed by man who worked at this location. I told speedx to correct this bit has not happened according to temu!
The hold your packages for days on end instead of delivering when they have more packages coming to your address. When they do finally deliver it's in the middle of the night.
this courier company is now an par with Aramex and Couriersplease.
this company claims it had tried to deliver it and said that the office is closed.
I have tried to tell it usless computer that there is a phone number on the con note and they are supposed to call me if the office is closed.
they have said that they will investigate what has happened and tell me, that was 10 days ago.
if do have the opportunity to get your own choice of courier dont pick this one either.
These reviews ain't lying. and now temu are using them which they shouldn't even exist as a company if I'm being honest. My apartment is the easiest to find literally simple as can be and they didn't even attempt a delivery claiming they did and they said my address is not accurate which NOBODY ever had an issue other then them. a couple people maybe just a couple thru the years had a hard time but temu I never had an issue with until speed x came along. they need to be shut down because that driver NEVER ATTEMPTED to deliver my package I guarantee they just drove right past like other peoples stuff some matter. but the same people would complain if it happen to them. now they haven't even tried to fix the issue, they have no customer representative to speak to online or on the phone
all they have is a A.I Bot who is worthless. they keep saying update my address...my address doesn't need updated they need to do their job. it's disgusting I had a feeling the reviews would be bad but they should be put out of business for this because some people look forward to the packages they order and sometimes need it when they ORDER IT.
Update to previous review – situation has worsened
After several days of chasing, my parcel is still undelivered. SpeedX repeatedly marked deliveries as “no access,” despite clear instructions, working intercom access, and me being home at the time. Customer support closed multiple tickets without acknowledgement and could not provide an ETA.
The most concerning incident happened today. I received a phone call from a SpeedX driver claiming she had my parcel but couldn’t access the building. I gave instructions and rushed home to avoid yet another failed delivery, only to find the parcel left was for another resident in my building, not me. There was no parcel addressed to me at all.
When I contacted the driver again, she confirmed she did not have my parcel and that she had been given my phone number by a colleague to call if access was an issue. This raises serious concerns about SpeedX’s internal processes and handling of personal information. I do not understand how my phone number could be used in connection with someone else’s delivery.
At this point, this is no longer just a delay, it is a complete breakdown in logistics, communication, and data handling. I would strongly caution anyone against using SpeedX where reliability or accountability matters.
They steal packages and don't have costumer service or something for send claims. My package was taken by the delivery person from my front door, they take a photo and then they steal the package.
