I really wish I could rate this zero stars-negative even. This is by far the most frustrating process of my life.
I ordered my prom dress through Shien, unaware of how much difficulty I would have actually receiving my package because the company that delivers has absolutely zero ways of contacting them other than an AI that does absolutely nothing to help.
I’ve requested to speak with somone around 7 times now only to be met with nobody being available or the AI bot sending an email that is never responded to. I doubt it even sends one in the first place.
I’m still in the process of trying to receive my dress before prom that I paid more than 100$ for and I’m unsure what to do if I don’t receive it. I worry I’ll have to take this to small claims court because I have no other way to resolve the issue.
