Writing another review because they don’t read instructions and I have provided my PACKAGE ID. I told them this VERBATIM in my special instructions and their follow up messages. I said that the building closes at 6:00pm. And in my tracking app they came at 8:00pm. 😐 I don’t know what to do I’ve tried everything and this is so upsetting I wish the consumer had the choice to choose who was delivering their packages. If I could sue them I would.
