During a recent delivery, a SpeedX driver delivered four packages to the incorrect address. I stopped the driver and informed him that the packages were not ours and asked that they be delivered to the correct location. The driver stated he would not retrieve the packages because he had already taken a delivery photo.
I attempted again to return the packages to him. At that point, the driver became aggressive, threw the packages across the parking lot, and then sped away in an unsafe manner. Due to the severity of the behavior, law enforcement was notified.
This experience was extremely concerning and far below the level of professionalism and safety expected from a delivery service.
