My package got stolen because the carrier wants to deliver my package in my lobby instead of my front door. I hate this company, they do such a horrible job for something so simple. Then there are no humans to actually help! Just a AI chatbot that is useless as well. I told the retail store I shopped from to stop using this carrier. I spent my hard earned money on a package just for it to be stolen. I’m ready to get a lawyer and take this court.
