I was supposed to receive 2 packages. I got the delivery notification and went straight the door. To my surprise, Only one package was delivered.
The absolute “genius” who delivered these decided to steal one of them. The delivery photos for one show my address number and my door and the package. Coincidentally the second one is just 4 pictures up close of the shipping label on the package….like I said “genius”. Also the first package coordinates popped right up in front of my door and the second package? from the street right in front of my house. I notified the merchant, awaiting reply and I also made a notification to “Miles” and got an immediate email that the package was delivered where it was supposed to be…what a real thorough investigation Speed X did in 10 seconds. I will never order from another store that uses Speed X. Good luck to the companies that do because I’ve seen nothing but god awful reviews about this courier. Hopefully companies will stop using them as a common carrier. They let their “drivers” steal packages and have no repercussions.
